Design Thinking is an excellent process to follow to listen to your stakeholder’s problem and deliver a real solution. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Empathize with your stakeholders to really understand their pain points.
2. Define the problem using your research when talking with your stakeholders.
3. Ideate by brainstorming several possible solutions that will solve your stakeholder’s problem.
4. Prototype tangible products that your users can interact with.
5. Test your solution with real users and collect feedback.
6. Implement the vision and deliver a real product to your stakeholders.
